Blessed Be The Lord III

There are days when God’s blessings seem clear and plentiful, and other days when our hearts struggle to recognize them. But friend, “Count your many blessings, name them one by one, and it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.” Truly, God’s goodness is woven into every day, long before we notice or have the chance to give thanks to Him. Our Lord does not scatter His blessings here and there; He gives them daily. Not half-heartedly, but generously, He loads us with benefits. My prayer is that this verse would serve as a thoughtful daily reminder to notice God’s faithful goodness in the ordinary moments of everyday life.
